⑴  測(ce)量(liang)晶棒夾具的(de)結構(gou)與(yu)功(gong)能介紹：

基(ji)準平臺(tai)：此件固(gu)定(ding)在(zai)主(zhu)機的(de)臺面(mian)板(ban)上，測(ce)量(liang)時(shi)做水(shui)平基(ji)準面，基(ji)準平臺(tai)的(de)右側(ce)為定(ding)位(wei)面(mian)，左側(ce)為夾緊裝置(zhi)，左側(ce)的(de)夾緊裝置(zhi)上有夾緊螺釘，設備配套(tao)的(de)夾具在(zai)測(ce)量(liang)時(shi)放(fang)於(yu)基(ji)準平臺(tai)上。

⑵  測(ce)量(liang)<A>面(mian)：晶體(ti)主(zhu)參考面(mian)<A>面(mian)定(ding)向(xiang)：可(ke)測(ce)量(liang)晶棒直徑(jing)為2、4、6英(ying)寸(cun),<A>面(mian)的(de)θ角(jiao)：18.917°(18°55′00″)(或(huo)按客戶(hu)需(xu)要做C向(xiang)、R向(xiang))。

①儀器(qi)的(de)校準：用標(biao)準晶棒校準儀器(qi)。晶向(xiang)<A>的(de)θ角(jiao)：18.917° (18°55′00″)

②將裝(zhuang)有(you)晶棒的(de)夾具，清理潔凈後(hou)放(fang)到儀器(qi)的(de)基準平臺(tai)上，調(tiao)整(zheng)前後(hou)位置(zhi)，使(shi)X光(guang)能(neng)夠(gou)照射到(dao)晶棒的(de)外圓(yuan)柱面(mian)上，旋轉基準平臺(tai)左側(ce)的(de)夾緊螺釘，把(ba)緊。打開X射(she)線光(guang)閘(zha)，使(shi)待測(ce)量(liang)晶棒在(zai)夾具內(nei)慢慢轉動，尋(xun)測(ce)峰(feng)值。當μA表(biao)針為*狀態時(shi)(即(ji)為zui大(da)值時)，保(bao)證晶棒不動(dong)，夾緊晶棒。

③將夾具從定(ding)向(xiang)儀下(xia)移出(chu)，轉到磨(mo)床(chuang)上磨(mo)削平(ping)面(mian)。

④自(zi)動(dong)升降(jiang)測(ce)試(shi)。

Features

⑴ Construction and function of crystal clip

Benchmark platforms: it is fixed on the host machine panel, used for the horizontal platform when testing the sample.The right side of the base platform for locating surface, left platform for clamping .The clip has the screw clamping device.Please put the clip on the horizontal platform when begin to have a testing .

⑵Measuring the < A > direction : crystal main reference < A > flat orientation: it can measure crystal rods for 2, 4, 6 inch in diameter, <A> direction θ angle：18.917°(18 ° 55 '00 ") (or according to customers requirement ,use the C or R direction).

①The calibration of instruments: use a standard crystal rod calibration instrument. Crystal (A) θ Angle :18.917 ° (18 ° 55 ′00 ")

②After cleaning up the clip ,and put it on the horizontal platform for adjusting its position ,in order to enable the x-ray exposure on the outside skin of the cylinder crystal ,and fix the screw on the left of rotated horizontal.Open the X-ray shutter ,and let the crystal rotating slow to find the peak .When the μA meter find the best status (i.e the max.value) ,make sure the crystal being static,and fix it tightly.

③Unload the clip from the instrument ,and put it on the grinding plane of the grinding machine.

④Auto lifting test.
