X射線(xian)晶體定(ding)向儀,由控制(zhi)器、高壓(ya)發生(sheng)器、X射線(xian)發生(sheng)器、冷(leng)卻(que)水(shui)泵(beng)、托(tuo)車、高壓(ya)電(dian)纜等(deng)部(bu)分(fen)組成,結構(gou)緊(jin)湊,工(gong)作可(ke)靠(kao)。
X射線(xian)探傷(shang)機的使用(yong)及維護(hu):
1、不(bu)要(yao)盲(mang)目(mu)使(shi)用(yong)X射線(xian)探傷(shang)儀,不(bu)要(yao)接近(jin)高溫的地方。不(bu)要(yao)在(zai)雨(yu)下(xia)時使用(yong)探傷(shang)機,噴(pen)灑磁懸(xuan)液(ye)切勿噴(pen)到開關、插(cha)頭(tou)座上(shang)。
2、X射線(xian)晶體定(ding)向儀的充(chong)電(dian)器充(chong)電(dian)時(shi)指示燈(deng)為(wei)紅色,電(dian)池充(chong)滿(man)時有紅色變(bian)為(wei)綠(lv)燈(deng)。每(mei)次(ci)充(chong)電(dian)時(shi)間(jian)不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)15小時(shi),充(chong)電(dian)完畢(bi)後(hou)應將探(tan)傷機的充(chong)電(dian)器插(cha)頭(tou)與電(dian)池插(cha)頭(tou)卸下(xia),避免(mian)探(tan)傷機的電(dian)源(yuan)倒(dao)流(liu)。
3、X射線(xian)晶體定(ding)向儀的探頭(tou)工(gong)作時(shi),每(mei)次(ci)通電(dian)時(shi)間(jian)壹般(ban)2-3秒,zui長(chang)不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)5秒,間(jian)隔時(shi)間(jian)3-5秒(miao)。
4、使(shi)用(yong)X射線(xian)晶體定(ding)向儀時,探(tan)頭(tou)的移動(dong)應在松(song)開探頭(tou)開關下(xia)進(jin)行(xing),以免(mian)開(kai)路(lu)工(gong)作而造成儀器發(fa)熱。
5、X射線(xian)晶體定(ding)向儀長(chang)時(shi)間不(bu)用(yong)時,應隔2-3個(ge)月對(dui)探傷(shang)機的蓄電(dian)池進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)電(dian)壹次(ci),以免(mian)蓄電(dian)池走(zou)電(dian)而影響(xiang)X射線(xian)探傷(shang)儀的蓄電(dian)池使(shi)用(yong)壽命(ming)及連續工(gong)作時(shi)間(jian)。
